The Rishikesh Retreat

The macro universe and the micro human body and mind.

Same five fundamental elements (Panch Mahabhuta).

Dive into this divine wisdom and beauty.

OUR VISION FOR YOU

In the fast-paced modern life, we often live detached from the natural laws governing our inner landscape. The ancient Sanatan practices can help us to align all our energy and redirect them towards the profound joy of the soul.

By traveling to sacred, energetically charged sites (Tirthas) along the holy River Ganges at the Himalayan foothills, participants reconnect each element in nature to its corresponding chakra and physiological state within.

THE PANCH MAHABHUTA

Earth (Prithvi): Stability, boundaries, physical health, grounding.

Water (Jal): Flow, emotional intelligence, adaptability, cleansing.

Fire (Agni): Transformation, clarity, willpower, passion in work.

Air (Vayu): Breath, freedom, mental clarity, perspective.

Ether/Space (Akasha): Silence, unlimited potential, inner peace, cosmic consciousness.
